30 Day Return Policy

We know that some times you buy something and may change your mind for whatever reason. You can rest assured that we will issue you with a full refund. All we ask is the packaging isn't damaged, that the product has not been used and that everything is in order. We turn around our refunds quickly too, normally the same day that we receive your order back.



 Warranty Claims

Sometimes things can fail. Not to worry, all of our products come with at least a one year warranty, and some 2 years or more. Our manufacturers work closely with customers to make sure their experience with warranty issues is positive. Please contact the manufacturer, a list of manufacturer's can be obtained by contacting us. They will take you through diagnostics and attempt to resolve the issue with you over the phone. If they're unable to or deem the product to be faulty it's likely they'll ask for the item to be sent to them for repair or replacement. If this happens you'll be asked for the receipt, please check your emails in the first instance as we will have sent an invoice when you made your order. If you need a copy please do ask and we'll get one over to you quick smart.



Sending Your Items to HopSkip

Please only send your items to us once a HopSkip Advisor has issued a Return Number. It's really important you have this number and that it is clearly written on the address label otherwise we will not be able to identify your return when it arrives. This could delay your refund being issued until we can be sure it is your item received.

Along with the Return Number we will email you the address to send the parcel to. You must send to this address as the warehouse will be expecting your return. It's really important that you don't write, stick anything to or damage the box in anyway otherwise it may require repackaging. This will result in a £10 charge.
